01How do I buy a plan?

Inside the app. On first launch ServerEngine opens the License tab for you to pick a plan.

02How does "Try now, pay later" work?

Try S.E.N.T.R.I free for 7 days. Cancel anytime before day 8 and you are never charged. If you keep your subscription, payment begins on day 8, and every plan still carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.

03Which plan do I need?

S.E.N.T.R.I: the AI agent that plans and carries out your work, and you can simply speak to it, plus the workspace to run several agents at once.

Commander: adds remote server management, so the agent can also work on the servers in your network or a VPS in the cloud.

04How can I cancel or switch plans?

Go to Settings → View License → Manage subscription. It will open your subscription page, where you can switch plans or cancel your subscription.

05How does S.E.N.T.R.I connect to an AI model?

With your own OpenRouter key, or the Claude Code or Codex CLI with your existing subscription. ServerEngine detects and uses the CLI for smooth integration with S.E.N.T.R.I.

06Does the agent need my approval for everything?

Only where you want it. You decide which skills have to ask first, and which servers the agent may touch at all. Whatever it does is written to a log you can read.
