Chat Integrations
Tied to your desk? Not any more. Send S.E.N.T.R.I a message from your phone and your agents keep working while you are away.
Which agent answers
The three integrations reach different agents, and the difference matters:
| Channel | Who answers |
|---|---|
| The main agent: the same conversation and history as the prompt line in the app. | |
| Slack | An agent in the Agent Workspace, bound to the channel. Each channel gets its own agent there, with its own history. |
| Discord | The same as Slack: one agent per channel. |
WhatsApp talks to the main agent. A message you send is handled exactly as if you had typed it into the prompt line, and the reply comes back to WhatsApp.
- 1
Pair your phone
Open Settings, WhatsApp, and scan the QR code with WhatsApp on your phone. The status is shown while the connection starts. - 2
Message yourself
Open the chat with your own number and write to S.E.N.T.R.I there. Text, images and voice notes all work; voice notes are transcribed first, and it can answer with a voice reply. - 3
Answer approvals by reply
When a skill needs your approval, accept or decline it with a reply on WhatsApp — no need to get back to your desk.
Slack
Connect Slack in Settings and S.E.N.T.R.I answers direct messages and @sentri mentions. A mention in a channel goes to the agent bound to that channel in the Agent Workspace, which carries the #channel in its title — so every channel keeps its own agent, history, scope and model, and it reports back in the thread as each step finishes.
Posting is a separate skill: Slack Message lets the agent post into the channels you configured for it, up to three — for example to say that a job has finished.
Discord
Discord works like Slack. Connect it in Settings, then message @sentri in a channel: each channel is answered by its own agent in the Agent Workspace, carrying the #channel in its title.
